Terri and Rob Jostes are the full time team members at Data Driven Decisions, LLC. Both are Mechanical Engineers with MBA’s and both gained most of their Lean and Six Sigma experience during their 10+ years at General Electric.

While at GE Appliances Rob developed an ISO9001 quality system and led the certification effort. He was a Wave 1 Master Black Belt during the initial Six Sigma deployment at GE. Rob is a down- to- earth guy who distills complex concepts into easy-to-understand examples and exercises. He left Cardinal Health in January 2008 after 8 years on their Process Excellence team where he worked with distribution centers, manufacturing plants and support departments. He’s trained hundreds of Black Belts, Green Belts and Kaizen Leaders and saved companies millions of dollars!

Terri founded Data Driven Decisions in May 2005. She’s got 15 years manufacturing management experience including leading a Lean manufacturing deployment. Like many of her clients, she began her career in Six Sigma as a Green Belt. A full time Black Belt position at GE Lighting followed then a position as Master Black Belt leading a large transactional company’s deployment. Terri loves pulling people together to solve problems. Her enthusiasm for Lean Six Sigma is contagious and she makes training fun!

In case you’re wondering – Rob and Terri met in undergraduate school at Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana. They’ve been married since 1986 and they still get along (and even enjoy working together)!
