Training:
We’ll teach you the tools and methods you need to lead your own projects.  From 2-hour tool-focused workshops through 16-day Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training, we have the experience and expertise to deliver high-impact training that associates can apply immediately.  Hands-on simulations and exercises engage participants in classroom learning and in every class participants apply their learning to real work problems immediately.

Coaching:
We’ll help you make the most of your training so your projects get results fast!  Coaching is included with every training engagement and can also be contracted as a stand-alone deliverable.  If you have associates who have completed an on-line Lean Six Sigma training course, but need help with project execution, we can help.  More than 80% of learning is done away from the classroom (or laptop) when students are challenged to apply the tools in “real life” situations.
